First, we need to know what the computer is going to be used for. For servers, this may include how many concurrent clients, transactions per hour, etc. Don't worry if you don't know this. Bit Garden can help you figure it out. If you would like to have one machine supporting multiple functions, we would like to know about that too.
Secondly, we need to know of any constraints you would like us to work within. This might include cost limits, hardware choice requirements, time lines, and software requirements. We will do our best to come up with a solution within these constraints.
Who will be supporting your computers? Will they need training to support a new system? What level of support makes sense in your environment? Bit Garden offers support and administration service packages for the computers that we build, and we are happy to discuss your needs.
What will the computer be connected to and how? Will the computer have internet access? Will this computer be connected to a printer? What level of security is required? If you are unsure of your needs in this area, just let us know.
